Exhibitor Information
The annual Four Corners Home & Garden Show welcomes members of the construction industry and related fields, real
estate, banking and mortgage lenders, garden centers, landscape contractors, as well as any other businesses that wish to showcase
their products and services to the community.
We also offer the opportunity for local non-profits to participate in the show at a reduced rate. Contact the Four Corners Builders Association for current availability and rates.
The Show has 90+ available exhibit spaces including indoor and outdoor spaces. Indoor booth sizes range from 10' x 10' to 25' x 25'.

Terms and Conditions
SHOW HOURS
Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Exhibitors may enter the building at 8:00 a.m. each
day. Set-up for the show is Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (no dogs are allowed in the fairgrounds main building). Any requests for access to the fairgrounds building prior to the stated hours must be arranged with the Four Corners Builders Association, not the
fairgrounds.
VENDOR DINNER
All exhibitors are invited to the Vendor Dinner which will be held approximately 30 minutes after the close of the first day of the Show (Friday). The dinner is graciously sponsored by a local business each year and is free of charge to all exhibitors and their
participating staff and/or families. The sponsor for this year can be found on the

BOOTH FURNISHINGS
Provided in booth cost – one table (we can not guarantee more than one table), two chairs and electrical (majority of building is
120 volt – you will need a 20' extension cord). Some booths have access to 240 volt. If you need 240 volt please make arrangements
with the Association office. NOTE: THERE ARE NO BOOTH DIVIDERS – YOU WILL HAVE TO PROVIDE A PLACE TO HANG YOUR SIGN.
SILENT AUCTION
Your contract terms includes a donation to the Silent Auction. Your item donated to the Silent Auction will be displayed in a
central location. Bid sheets will be provided by the Four Corners Builders Association (FCBA) and proceeds from the sale of your
Auction Item fund community projects donated by the FCBA as well as college scholarships awarded by the FCBA annually.
PARKING
There is a separate parking lot for Show exhibitors. All exhibitors will be issued parking passes. Any vehicles parked in the
exhibitor parking lot that does not display the parking pass is subject to being towed.
ADMISSION
All exhibitors will receive free admission to the Show for anyone working their booth during the Show.
UNOCCUPIED SPACE
If the Exhibitor fails to occupy the contracted space, or fails to comply in any other respect with the terms of the agreement, the
FCBA shall have the right to use such space in any manner without releasing exhibitor from paying the sum agreed upon in this
contract. In addition, if the Exhibitor fails to occupy the contracted space without a legitimate excuse, that Exhibitor will
forfeit the right to participate as an exhibitor in the 2012 Show.
BREAKDOWN OF BOOTH
No Booth will be broken down prior to the close of the Show. Breakdown prior to close of show could cause expulsion from
participating in future shows.
ADDITIONAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Exhibition space is owned by Montezuma County Fair Grounds, which may make and enforce its own rules for Exhibitor, its rules will
supersede FCBA rules and will be binding on Exhibitor.
FOOD
One food vendor will be awarded exclusive use of the kitchen by submitting a bid for their use during the show. Additional food
vendors may be located throughout the exhibition building as well as in the outdoor area.
