The annual Four Corners Home & Garden Show welcomes members of the construction industry and related fields, real estate, banking and mortgage lenders, garden centers,
landscape contractors, as well as any other businesses that wish to showcase their products and services to the community.
We also offer the opportunity for local non-profits to participate in the show at a reduced rate. Contact the Four Corners Builders Association for current availability
The Show has more than 90 available exhibit spaces including indoor and outdoor spaces. Indoor booth sizes range from 10' x 10' to 25' x 25'.

Terms and Conditions
Friday from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Exhibitors may enter the building at 8:00 a.m. each day. Set-up for the show is Thursday from
8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (no dogs are allowed in the fairgrounds main building). Any requests for access to the fairgrounds building prior to the stated hours must be arranged
with the Four Corners Builders Association, not the fairgrounds.
All exhibitors are invited to the Exhibitor Reception which will be held at the close of the first day of the Show (Friday). The reception is graciously sponsored by local
businesses each year and is free of charge to all exhibitors and their participating staff and/or families. The sponsors for this year can be found on the
Show Sponsor page.
Provided in booth cost – one table (we can not guarantee more than one table), two chairs and electrical (majority of building is 120 volt – you will need a 20' extension
cord). Some booths have access to 240 volt. If you need 240 volt please make arrangements with the Association office. There will be backdrop curtains in the row of 12
1/2' x 12 /12' booths and the row of 25' wide booths. The remainder of the booths will NOT have a backdrop, they are all against the wall (these are mainly 10' x 10' and
15' x 15' booths). See the show map for the location and sizes of booths.
Your contract terms includes a donation to the Silent Auction. Your item donated to the Silent Auction will be displayed in a central location. Bid sheets will be provided
by the Four Corners Builders Association (FCBA) and proceeds from the sale of your Auction Item fund community projects donated by the FCBA as well as college scholarships
awarded by the FCBA annually.
There is a separate parking lot for Show exhibitors. All exhibitors will be issued parking passes. Any vehicles parked in the exhibitor parking lot that does not display
the parking pass is subject to being towed.
All exhibitors will receive free admission to the Show for anyone working their booth during the Show.
If the Exhibitor fails to occupy the contracted space, or fails to comply in any other respect with the terms of the agreement, the FCBA shall have the right to use such
space in any manner without releasing exhibitor from paying the sum agreed upon in this contract. In addition, if the Exhibitor fails to occupy the contracted space
without a legitimate excuse, that Exhibitor will forfeit the right to participate as an exhibitor in the 2018 Show.
BREAKDOWN OF BOOTH
No Booth will be broken down prior to the close of the Show. Breakdown prior to close of show could cause expulsion from participating in future shows.
ADDITIONAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Exhibition space is owned by Montezuma County Fair Grounds, which may make and enforce its own rules for Exhibitor, its rules will supersede FCBA rules and will be binding
One food vendor will be awarded exclusive use of the kitchen by submitting a bid for their use during the show. Additional food vendors may be located throughout the
exhibition building as well as in the outdoor area.
